NQPHN invites market input on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions

Suppliers can now provide a Request for Information, which closes 17 April 2026

Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is seeking market input to better understand available Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions that may support our organisation into the future.

NQPHN is a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to improve health outcomes across northern Queensland. We work with general practice, health providers, community organisations, and government partners to support better, more connected care. NQPHN employs approximately 100 staff and is governed by an independent, skills-based Board.

As part of Project Diamond, NQPHN is exploring options to strengthen and modernise how we manage governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organisation.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to:

  • Understand the range of GRC solutions currently available in the market.
  • Learn how solutions are typically implemented and supported in organisations of a similar size and complexity.
  • Gain insight into common approaches to functionality, security, hosting, and integration.
  • Inform future planning and decision making.

This RFI is not a tender and not a request for pricing. It does not form part of a competitive procurement process and does not represent a commitment by NQPHN to proceed with procurement.

Following the close of the RFI, responses will be deidentified and reviewed at a market wide level to identify common themes and insights. No suppliers will be shortlisted, ranked, or selected as a result of this process.

NQPHN welcomes concise, high-level responses and encourages organisations with relevant experience to participate.

👉 Full RFI documentation and submission details are available via the eTenderBox portal

📅 RFI closes: 17 April 2026 at 2.00pm (AEST), 3.00pm (AEDT).

Applications and next steps

Responses must be submitted in accordance with the RFI requirements via NQPHN’s procurement portal eTenderBox portal.

All RFI documentation, including scope and submission instructions, are available through the portal. Supplier questions and clarifications must also be managed via the eTenderBox portal to ensure a fair and transparent process.

For full details and to lodge your response, visit NQPHN’s eTenderBox portal here.

The Request for Information is issued to:

  • Understand current market capability and solution maturity.
  • Inform future procurement strategy and potential Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
  • Assess alignment with NQPHN’s Digital Enablement Strategy and Microsoft-centric architecture.

This RFI is not a request for pricing, nor does it constitute a commitment by NQPHN to proceed with procurement.

Applications close Friday 17 April 2026 at 2.00pm AEST (3.00pm AEDT).
