General practice access a practical, practice-led approach to Quality Improvement

General practices are strengthen quality improvement in a practical, team-based way thanks to NQPHN’s Quality Quest, which brings together quality improvement support under one clear, supportive framework.

Quality Quest brings together our quality improvement support under one clear banner and aligns with PIP QI, accreditation requirements, and local health priorities.

Importantly, Quality Quest will not replace the broader support provided by the Primary Care Engagement team.

Practices will continue to receive responsive support across all areas of general practice, with Quality Quest providing a clearer and more coordinated way of framing and strengthening our quality improvement work.

To help provide wraparound support, the Primary care Engagement team together with the Digital, Information and Data teams have created a new practice data dashboard.
