Tenders live for psychological therapies in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs)

NQPHN launches two open and competitive tender processes

Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is excited to announce that a tender process for Psychological Therapies in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) has now commenced.

Two concurrent open and competitive tender processes were launched on Wednesday 17 April 2024, and will close at 2pm (AEST) on Wednesday 15 May 2024.

  • One tender is for smaller providers, that is, providers who wish to deliver psychological therapies in between one and four RACHs.

  • A second tender is for larger providers, that is, providers who wish to deliver psychological therapies in more than four RACHs, across the entire Cairns, Townsville, or Mackay region/s, or the whole of the northern Queensland region.

All providers who wish to deliver this service after 1 July 2024 must complete a tender application.

Tender documentation and submissions are managed through NQPHN’s eTenderBox portal, which you can register for on the NQPHN website here. Any questions regarding the tender are also to be submitted through the eTenderBox portal.

Formal market briefing sessions are scheduled to provide an opportunity for NQPHN to present information about the tender process and for potential respondents to ask questions.
