In the PESSARIES Advanced Course we are focusing on learning how to fit and manage a wide range of pessary types available on the market in New Zealand and Australia. Each different pessary type will be reviewed with the focus on learning why to choose it, and how to fit it, and how to manage it successfully.
This will be a practical, hands on course, involving advanced realistic silicone vaginal models and peer-to-peer learning for those that wish to. Note – some locations will not have peer-to-peer learning available due to time and venue restrictions.
To give busy health professionals more flexible learning options and to reduce travel costs, we have split the PESSARIES ADVANCED course into two parts: online learning and practical hands-on learning session and clinical discussions.
The online learning is on-demand for self-paced learning. You must complete this before attending the practical session.
