Every completed survey goes into the draw to win one of ten $150 fuel vouchers. One entry per person.
Terms and conditions
- Open to eligible participants who complete the OneNQ survey between 15 June and 14 July 2026.*
- Completed surveys are entered into a draw to win one of 10 – $150 fuel vouchers, selected at random after the promotion closes.
- Limit of one entry per person. Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- NQPHN reserves the right to verify eligibility and to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary.
