The role

As the first point of contact, you will manage the front desk and ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and managing check-ins.
  • Answering phones and triaging patient inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing doctor calendars.
  • Processing billing, Medicare claims, and private health insurance.
  • Managing patient files, scanning, and digital data entry.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist.
  • Strong proficiency in medical software Best Practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare billing processes.
