We are grateful they trust us and there is an exceptional following, with more coming all the time by word of mouth recommendations, but we also are feeling pressure to provide more procedural clinicians to share the load.
Our established Skin Cancer service continues to experience strong demand, with our current skin cancer doctor consistently booked weeks in advance, and we are likely to need to close books unless we can find another clinician.
We are looking for GPs who love skin, dermatology, and procedural medicine to join our team. If you wish to, or are currently studying, or have finished your skin cancer fellowship we would be delighted to hear from you.

🏥 The opportunity: Cairns Health Collective
Cairns Health Collective is growing our Skin Cancer and Dermatology services, and we’re looking for GPs with a special interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and/or Dermatology to join our practice in Cairns.
At Cairns Health Collective, you’ll step into a modern, beautiful, light and welcoming private billing practice with:

- An established patient base and immediate demand.
- Strong demand for skin checks, dermatology presentations, and procedures. We will have to close books soon but we don’t want to further reduce services. Many patients travel from far to be seen in Cairns.
- Potential to be part of a growing skin cancer and dermatology service with exciting plans ahead.

- Future opportunity to work with advanced clinical modalities, including automated vertical micro-needling (Derma pen) for targeted collagen induction therapy and optimized transdermal delivery pathways, alongside our medical grade phototherapy services (wounds, skin conditions, scaring, and many clinical applications) if desired.
