Staying Strong: A Guide To Wellbeing For Young People

We’re excited to invite you to the third webinar in our series, “Wellbeing Matters: Supporting Young People Living With Diabetes”, delivered by the DIABETES Across the LIFECOURSE: Northern Australia Partnership, through Menzies School of Health Research.

Join us on Wednesday 9 September, 12pm-1pm (ACST)/12.30-1.30pm (AEST) for an engaging presentation covering the AIMhi and Stay Strong tools and resources. You’ll hear practical insights from Ranjika Huppatz-Daley and Royce Ramsamy to support meaningful conversations with young people about wellbeing, recovery, and staying strong!

The Stay Strong program is very much focused on co-designing strengths-based, holistic, and culturally relevant approaches that aim to improve social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) outcomes for First Nations people.

This session is relevant for anyone working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

Whether you joined the first two webinars or are new to the series, this session is a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with others interested in youth diabetes care.
