PalliLEARN: Building Confidence in End-of-Life Conversations

Our ‘PalliLEARN Series’ aims to enhance community awareness and understanding in palliative care, in an effort to better equip our community with the skills they need to have those difficult conversations with family, friends and loved ones. We also look at self-care and how to look after yourself during these challenging times.
