NQPHN announces tender for its corporate systems and data and analytics

Suppliers can now apply for two-part Request for Quote, which closes 13 March 2026

Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to respond to a two‑part Request for Quote (RFQ) to help deliver a modern, secure, and integrated corporate technology ecosystem.

This opportunity is ideal for vendors who can bring strong SaaS product capability, practical implementation experience, and a partnership mindset supporting NQPHN’s focus on scalable, secure solutions, and strong governance to achieve value for money outcomes.

The RFQ is structured into two distinct parts. Suppliers may respond to Part A, Part B, or both, depending on their capability and service offering.

NQPHN is seeking solutions that support organisational capability and decision‑making, including improved integration across corporate domains and an uplift in data and analytics maturity.

Part A – Core Corporate Systems Implementation, Licensing, and Support

Under Part A, NQPHN is seeking suppliers to provide implementation, licensing and ongoing support services across core corporate systems, including:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
  • budgeting and planning solution
  • payroll solution
  • employee expenses management solution
  • corporate credit card management solution
  • corporate system integration services
  • ongoing support and managed services.

Part B – Corporate Data and Analytics Solution Partner

Under Part B, NQPHN is seeking a partner to design, deliver, and support a corporate data and analytics capability, including:

  • Microsoft fabric-based corporate data solution
  • data modelling and information architecture
  • dashboards, reporting, and analytics
  • data governance, quality, and security
  • ongoing support, enhancement, and capability uplift.

This RFQ represents an opportunity to work with NQPHN on a transformation program that prioritises:

  • Fit‑for‑purpose, scalable, and secure cloud solutions, aligned to a Microsoft‑centric approach.
  • End‑to‑end integration across key corporate domains, supported by strong governance and delivery assurance.
  • A procurement approach focused on fairness, transparency, and value for money.

Applications and closing time

Quotes must be submitted in accordance with the RFQ requirements via NQPHN’s eTender portal (eTenderBox).

Applications close on 13 March 2026 at 2pm AEST (3pm AEDT). Late or incomplete submissions may not be assessed.

All RFQ documentation including scope, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions is available via the eTenderBox portal.

Supplier questions and clarifications must also be managed through the portal to ensure a fair and transparent process.
