Give your feedback on the health needs of North Queenslanders

Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is currently preparing its tri-annual Health Needs Assessment (HNA).

The HNA is a systematic method for reviewing the health issues facing the North Queensland population. This is a key document that will assist NQPHN to plan evidence-based activities, aligned with our strategic priorities, to improve the wellbeing and reduce health inequalities of North Queenslanders.

We have developed a video that explains the service gaps and needs in primary health care which were identified through quantitative analysis completed as part of the HNA project. Have your say on the health needs of North Queenslanders outlined in the video, by completing this form.

The opportunity to provide feedback will close on Thursday 30 September 2021.
