We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated receptionist that will thrive in a team environment to join our support team of administrators and clinical staff on a full time or permanent part time basis.

Responsibilities of this role include:
Reception and Administration
- Open and close clinic.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email and in person, in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and bulk bill as required.
- Enter and update patient registration details.
- Exercise confidentiality with regards to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
- Assist doctors and nurses as requested and required.
- Correspondence management.
- General housekeeping such as tidying and cleaning of waiting room and other practice facilities when necessary
To be ideal for this role, you must have the following attributes:
- Bright and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role
- High level of computer literacy
- Previous experience with Best Practice Software or similar is advantageous
- Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable with strong work ethic.
