Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is excited to announce the Digital Capability Building Grants Program, funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
This initiative supports allied health provider organisations in northern Queensland (MMM 5-7 regions) to strengthen digital health governance, improve data security, and enhance patient care.
This is a once-off opportunity for organisations to enhance their digital capability and deliver seamless, high-quality care to their communities.
Key points of the grants

Up to $10,000 (GST exc) available per provider organisation

Funding for digital health improvements such as:

clinical information systems

secure messaging systems

digital literacy skills enhancement

patient access to digital health

Open to allied health provider organisations delivering multidisciplinary care to eligible communities.
