Redlynch Village Medical Centre is growing — and we are ready to welcome a full‑time Registered Nurse to join our friendly, highly supportive team.
We currently have a part‑time/casual nurse and now require an additional full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to meet patient demand.

About the role
You’ll work closely with our friendly team of four GPs and contribute to both general practice and occupational health services.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Wound care.
- Chronic Disease Management and care planning.
- Childhood immunisations, flu clinics, general and travel vaccinations.
- ECGs.
- Observations.
- Ear syringing/micro‑suction (must have certificate of competency).
- Iron infusions.
- Assisting Doctors with procedures such as Implanon insertion/removal, skin procedures, and suturing.
- Patient recalls, reminders.
- Occupational health assessments – including drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, spirometry, and urinalysis.
- Vaccine ordering, consumable management and cold chain monitoring.
- Policy/procedure updates to meet RACGP 5th Edition Standards.
What we’re looking for
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- 1–2 years’ General Practice experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Certified to perform spirometry.
- Certified to perform drug and alcohol testing.
- Certified to perform ear syringing and/or micro-suction (or willingness to obtain).
Highly regarded but not essential
✔ Cannulation certificate.
✔ Nurse Immuniser qualification.
