We’re a friendly, well-established general practice in Cairns, and we’re looking for a full-time (or four days-a-week, part-time) Enrolled Nurse to become a valued part of our clinical team. The role
The position is, ideally a full-time (five-days) role, however a part-time (four-days), can be accommodated. As a permanent practice Enrolled Nurse, you’ll enjoy continuity, routine, and strong working relationships with both patients and colleagues.
Your role will include:
- assisting with procedures and minor surgery
- immunisations, wound care, and infection control
- patient education and clinical documentation
- occupational and immigration medical screening
- stock management and maintaining clinical areas
- working closely with GPs and RNs as part of a collaborative team.
You’ll be busy, supported, and involved – not stuck on the sidelines.
About you
To be successful, you will need to hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse and have experience in general practice (or be keen to build it long-term).
