In this Clinical Lead RN role you will:
- Lead and support the nursing team in a busy, well-organised general practice.
- Work closely with our GPs to coordinate chronic disease care, health assessments and care plans.
- Drive quality improvement, infection control and best-practice clinical standards.
- Mentor junior nurses, contribute to practice protocols and be a key voice in day-to-day clinical decisions.

About you
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with experience in general practice or primary care.
- Passion for team-based care, chronic disease management and preventive health.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with an interest in leadership and mentoring.
