Part 2 – Redesigning General Practice: Optimising models of care for financial sustainability

Our Future Fit General Practice Program is a professional learning series of 12 x 1-hour webinars designed to help practices unlock new revenue streams, maximise funding opportunities, and build long-term financial sustainability through reform. The program can be purchased as a full series or as individual parts.

Part 2 – Redesigning General Practice: Optimising Models of Care for Financial Sustainability explores how to improve efficiency, revenue, and patient outcomes through innovative care models and smarter workforce design. As general practices adapt to new funding arrangements and changing workforce dynamics, this six-webinar series focuses on how to make the most of existing roles, introduce new service models, and integrate multidisciplinary approaches that strengthen both patient care and financial stability. Participants will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate care models that align with reform priorities while ensuring their practice remains profitable and future-ready.

Learning objectives

  • Identify and apply new care models that strengthen financial sustainability.
  • Optimise multidisciplinary roles and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
