The Future Deadly ACCHOs Program includes 12 × 1-hour webinars designed to help Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) strengthen sustainability, secure diverse funding streams, and build strong, future-ready teams. The program is delivered across three themed parts, which can be purchased individually or as the full webinar series.
Part 2 – ACCHO Redesign: Strong models of care for financial sustainability explores how ACCHOs can build stronger, more sustainable ways of caring for the community. As funding priorities shift and program costs continue to rise, the series focuses on making the most of existing team strengths, designing new models of care, and creating partnerships that keep services strong, safe, and community-led. Participants will learn how to design, deliver, and grow culturally safe care models that meet reform goals while keeping services financially stable and mob healthy for the long term.
Learning objectives
- Identify and apply culturally safe care models that support community wellbeing and sustainability.
- Strengthen teamwork, systems, and partnerships to improve efficiency and continuity of care.
