A Train the Trainers model is intended to engage master trainers in coaching new trainers who are less experienced with a particular topic by providing set training materials along with guidance on delivering them. Upon completing the program, you will be expected to take on the role of the trainer within your practice setting, using the provided materials and guidance to deliver the training to your colleagues with ongoing support from ASHM.
The live sessions will take 120 minutes. The estimated total time commitment for the program is 3 hours plus additional time for trainers to facilitate the training at their home practice.
