National Skin Cancer Centres is currently seeking an experienced GP with a special interest in skin cancer medicine to join our Skin Repair Centre in Townsville, Queensland. Located in a DPA-approved area, our clinic is well known for its high patient demand, with doctors often booked out months in advance. With a predominantly private billing model, practitioners benefit from lucrative earnings while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, supported by an exceptional team.
Our facility is purpose-built for skin cancer care, featuring separate operating theatres, nurse assistance with all procedures, and nurse-led wound management. You’ll be supported by a highly experienced Practice Manager, a dedicated admin team, and a cohesive clinical staff that fosters a warm and respectful workplace culture. Everything is in place to allow you to focus on clinical excellence and building a strong skin practice.
As part of the National Skin Cancer Centres network, comprising 19 clinics across Australia, you will benefit from a strong organisational foundation committed to research, education, and clinical quality.
Essential criteria:
- FRACGP or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- A professional certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Dermoscopy.
