About you
In this role, you will manage and support our clinical and administrative teams and have oversight of all day-to-day practice operations. You will bring experience within a similar role, be able to effectively establish and implement operational processes and procedures and be motivated to support the practice team and our business to achieve success.
The successful candidate will possess strong people skills, analytical and decision-making capabilities, be passionate about offering the best service possible to our patients, and share in our vision to establish and grow our venture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the practice.
- Review and implement practice systems to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the practice.
- Staff recruitment and development of non-clinical staff to ensure high performance and continual improvement.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the practice.
- Provide support and engage with our clinical team and other business stakeholders.
- Ensure business compliance with national and regulatory standards.
- Show a commitment to building a positive working environment for our practice team.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including reporting to business stakeholders.
- Strong people skills, compassionate, and warm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, organising and controlling business activities.
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of quality systems and PMS programs.
- Familiarity with clinical software and financial management systems.
Desirable
- Three plus years proven experience in practice and/or business management.
- Qualifications in practice management or business management.
- Experience with Best Practice software.
