Position: Occupational Therapist (new Graduate or experienced)
Location: Atherton Tablelands, Queensland
Employment type: Permanent, full time (38 hours per week)
Salary range: $75,000 – $105,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)

What you’ll be doing
✅ Assess and provide hands-on therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of needs.
✅ Design individualised, family-centered, and holistic therapy plans.
✅ Work both in the clinic and out in the community (schools, daycares, workplaces, homes).
✅ Build strong relationships with families, teachers, and health professionals.
✅ Manage your own caseload with support from our experienced team.
✅ Contribute to team projects, programs, and innovative service delivery.
What we’re looking for
✔ Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
✔ Current Driver’s Licence (as some travel within the community is involved).
✔ New grads welcome! If you’re passionate about paediatrics, we’ll support your growth.
✔ If experienced, bring your passion! We love therapists with special interests and are happy to help you build your dream caseload.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a heart for helping others.
