Telehealth Skills ECHO

Telehealth Skills ECHO is a tele-mentoring program aimed at health professionals in Northern Australia. These sessions involve:

  • a virtual network to share telehealth knowledge and experiences – increasing knowledge, capacity and quality health care
  • a series of free, interactive, case-based virtual mentoring sessions to support telehealth in a range of healthcare settings
  • sessions are open to anyone working in healthcare in Northern Australia who are using or considering using telehealth services
  • a peer network that decreases professional isolation – improving health outcomes for patients and families.

Professor Anthony Smith, Centre for Online Health, University of Queensland, will present this Telehealth Skills ECHO session, Engaging with ACCHO's telehealth benefits for First Nations Peoples.
