An exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Nurse at Munoz Medical. We offer a supportive, team-based environment, in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with our Clinicians to deliver high-quality, individualised care.
Key responsibilities
- Chronic disease management plans and health assessments
- Coordinated Veteran Care
- Immunisations, including uploading details to AIR
- Wound care
- Ear syringing
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Recalls, reminders and patient advocacy
- ECGs and spirometry
- Cold chain vaccine management
- Ordering stock and vaccines.
The successful candidate will possess:
- excellent communication skills
- current AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- current CPR certificate
- ability to work independently and with a team – reliable and punctual
- a caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- excellent computer skills and proficiency with medical software (Best Practice is an advantage).

Must be available from 7.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
