Due to the project close date, no further referrals will be accepted into the QCVIPC program, with any future received referrals forwarded onto the patient’s catchment Persistent Pain Management Service.

For all your future persistent pain patients please refer through to your catchment Persistent Pain Management Service (PPMS) for treatment.
