Tasks and responsibilities
- Greeting patients and other callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attending to patient enquiries, liaising with doctors, pharmacists and other health professionals, and supporting staff.
- Having knowledge of MBS item numbers and billing procedures.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical centre and completing the various administrative tasks promptly.
- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to strict confidentiality of patient and business information at all times.
- Adapting to various workloads.
