Primary Care Commissioning Panel – EOI Application Form – Northern Queensland Primary Health Network

NQPHN is currently seeking EOIs from clinicians located in the Cape and Torres, Cairns, Townsville, and Mackay regions to participate in the NQPHN Primary Care Commissioning Panel (PCCP).

The purpose of the PCCP is to ensure that practical recommendations and advice from a clinical perspective are included as part of NQPHN’s commissioning activity and the development of new models of care, investment, and to progress outcomes in accordance with the strategic intent of NQPHN.

To be assessed:

Applications must be provided in English.
Applications must be submitted using the application template and address all the questions.
