Veterans' Health Festival

Veterans' Health Week is 1 to 9 Oct 2022 and Townsville will promote it at the Veterans' Health Festival on 9 Oct 2022 at the Townsville RSL from 10am to 2pm.

Ex-Serving and Health Organisations and defence or veteran friendly social activities are invited to express interest as exhibitors. Apply for a stand perhaps to educate, demonstrate, or distribute flyers to advertise or recruit to your organisation or activity. Stands will normally be a trestle table or similar but application can be made for extra space, especially for interactive demonstrations and displays.

You might also partner with or sponsor one of the family friendly activities.

Serving and Ex-Serving Veterans and their families are invited to visit the Veterans’ Health Festival on 9 October 2022. This years theme is Eat Well. Cooking competitions for the children, amateurs, and professional cooks! Entertainment and education for all the family. The Townsville RSL Show & Shine car and motorcycle show outside. Indoor and outside activities for the children. Also learn and ask questions at the Expo in the function rooms - DVA, Open Arms, The Oasis, Dieticians, Nutritionists, General Practice, Pharmacies and other Allied Health Professionals.
