Chronic Disease Management and Healthy Ageing Program

Event description

Calling nurses outside of major cities – this one’s for you!

APNA knows that working in rural or remote Australia presents unique challenges in terms of chronic disease management.

That’s why we offer intakes of our popular Chronic Disease Management and Healthy Ageing Program (CDMHA) for nurses working outside of our major cities and towns.

Our six-month, evidence-based program is designed for experienced nurses who want to expand their skills and knowledge in this growing area of primary health care.

It includes monthly workshops and access to learning modules. And as it’s entirely online, you can join in wherever you are in Australia.

Best of all, you’ll meet other nurses just like you in our Community of Practice!

Ready to apply?

CDMHA is supported by the Australian Government and costs just $220.

Our next intake for rural and remote-based nurses starts on Tuesday, 26 August –register today to secure your place.
