Ramsay Cairns 2021 GP Conference
NQPHN recently hosted a trade table with FNQ HealthPathways at the Ramsay Cairns GP Conference as a Bronze sponsor. The annual event, held on Saturday 31 July and Sunday 1 August at the Shangri-La The Marina Cairns, was attended by more than 100 general practitioners.

Indigenous health-centred Diploma of Leadership and Management
The second learning retreat for the Indigenous Health-Centred Diploma of Leadership and Management was recently held in Cairns.
In recognition of the significant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce in the NQPHN region, a collaboration with Health Workforce Queensland (HWQ) and Health Industry Training (HIT) was established. HWQ funded places under their Bursary Program, and HIT developed and provided the training for this course.
