Suicide Prevention Taskforce Co-Design Workshop

Suicide prevention stakeholders and community members from the greater Mackay, Isaac, and Whitsunday regions are invited to a co-design workshop to develop a model that enables and improves residents’ capacity to access support regarding mental health and suicide prevention concerns.

This workshop will build on data collected through consultation processes and the community forum held in May 2021.

Collective representation from the Regional Councils, First Nations, community based services, government organisations, local businesses, industry, and community will assist in co-designing a model and/or other place-based solutions that addresses identified needs of the Mackay, Isaac, and Whitsunday regions.
