GP Education Evening

Heart of Australia and Servier would like to extend an invitation to all health professionals to join them for an education evening with Dr Rolf Gomes who will be presenting on 'Taking control of chronic disease management'. Dr Gomes is a cardiologist and Founder of Heart of Australia; a mobile medical program dedicated to providing equal access to specialist healthcare in rural and remote communities.

All GPs, nurses and pharmacists are invited to attend.
