We are seeking an experienced VR or NON-VR General Practitioner, full or part time. Must have APHRA registration and minimum of three (3) years medical experience. To become part of the team at Queens Beach Medical Centre and complement the existing primary health care approach within the practice, you will be appropriately trained and experienced in the discipline of general practice, with the ability to provide high quality, primary health care to all age groups.

The clinic is fully computerised with Best Practice and AGPAL accreditation. The General Practitioner will be part of a team who prioritise a personal approach, empowering patients to become involved and interested in their own health care opportunities. This includes the opportunity to work afterhours to maximise income potential. Provision of affordable care to the community is paramount and especially an important ethos for the Director.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.

  • Perform routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunisations, and screening tests.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Pay: From $120,000 per year

Experience: General practice: three (3) years (required)
