Influenza vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine update

Tropical Public Health Services (TPHS) invites general practitioners and nurses for an update on current immunisation information.

The session will cover:

• The Queensland Influenza Program 2022
• vaccine management and cold chain
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Q&A with the TPHS Nursing and Medical Team.

Presenters are all Public Health  Nurses from the Cairns Public Health Unit.

Learning outcomes:

• gain an understanding of the 2022 Influenza  Vaccine program
• describe the correct management and  reporting of cold chain breaches
• explain the role and implementation of the COVID-19 Vaccine.
