GP Urgent Care workshop

NQPHN, together with The Benchmarque Group invite general practitioners (GPs) to a two-day Urgent Care workshop.

In this workshop, GPs will refresh and build their skills in a range of areas important to the Urgent Care space, including patient assessment, wound closure, splinting, cannulation, and ECG interpretation.

This workshop includes skills sessions on:

• cannulation
• clinical assessment in Urgent Care
• ECG interpretation
• management of bites and stings
• splinting and immobilisation
• suturing and wound closure.

Register early as places are limited and are expected to fill quickly.

GP Urgent Care is an RACGP CPD approved activity (ID 844777). It is approved in:

• Reviewing Performance - 5 hours
• Educational Activities - 9.5 hours.
