• titration of heart failure medications
• multidisciplinary health care services available for heart failure
• cardiac implantable electronic devices in heart failure.

• identify recent evidence based changes to international consensus guidelines
• determine the appropriate management of heart failure symptoms and disease modification
• integrate lifestyle and psychosocial factors in a multidisciplinary approach
