About the Community of Practice (CoP)
The Palliative Care Health Professionals Community of Practice is a network bringing together health professionals who provide both palliative care support and service provision. The CoP aims to bring together health professionals to: improve connections; build relationships; nurture leadership skills and continuously improve the supports and services we all provide. The CoP will include Palliative Care case study discussions, guest speakers and an opportunity to share information, new initiatives, latest resources/tools, and research/best practice as well as identifying gaps and sharing opportunities.

How often does this Community of Practice meet?
Meeting dates and topics are listed below with all meetings held Tuesdays from 10am to 11am via Teams.  Sessions are recorded and distributed after to the members to enhance learnings.
