Join us on Wednesday 18 September for a heartwarming, fun event at our Dementia Café—a welcoming space where memories are cherished and new ones are made, in celebration of Dementia Action Week.

Centacare Social Wellbeing Hub in cooperation with Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) aims to connect families of people living with dementia, service providers, carers and advocates.
