Connecting carers, families, communities, and service providers supporting people with dementia

Join us on Wednesday 11 September, for a heartwarming, fun event at our Dementia Café—a welcoming space where memories are cherished and new ones are made, in celebration of Dementia Action Week.

Cairns and Community Dementia Carers Support Group in cooperation with Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) aims to connect families of people living with dementia, service providers, carers, and advocates.
