Join us for a heartwarming, fun morning and lunch at our Dementia Café - a welcoming space where memories are cherished and new ones are made, in celebration of Dementia Action Week.

FNQ Dementia Alliance in cooperation with the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network aims to connect people living with dementia, carers and families to service providers and advocates.

• Interactive What Matters Most activity
• Chat and share experiences over morning tea
• Light exercise session with Patty
• Two (2) course lunch
• Dementia care resources
