Cold chain management update

Northern Queensland Primary Health Network, together with the Townsville Public Health Unit, invite general practice staff to an update on cold chain management.

Topics

• Cold chain management requirements.
• Maintaining cold chain, including during power outages.
• Packing a portable esky according to cold chain requirements.

Participating general practices will receive a Sof-Pac insulated premium cooler bag to use in their practice.

This update will be presented by the Townsville Public Health Unit’s Public Health Nurses.

Two sessions are being offered for convenience, with online videoconference attendance available at the Thursday 2 November 2023 session.

Registrations to attend in-person for this date are closed, as we are at capacity. You can still register to attend via videoconference for this date.
