2022 National Advance Care Planning Week Virtual Forum

The 2022 National Advance Care Planning (ACP) Week Virtual Forum supports the upskilling of health care professionals by sharing ACP updates and initiatives from across Queensland. Take this opportunity to hear first-hand from quality speakers who are experts in their field.

The 2022 Virtual Forum will run as follows:

• daily virtual lunchbox sessions from Monday to Thursday from 12pm-1pm
• expert panel discussion on Friday from 12pm-1.30pm, featuring a hypothetical clinical scenario.
• all sessions will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.
