After-Hours Action Plan in RACHs - Round 2 Workshop (online)

Building on our 2024 workshop series, Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) invites healthcare providers who care for residential aged care home (RACH) residents after hours to join us for the second round of workshops.

The 90-minute workshop will offer updates on topics discussed in the first round, interactive activities, and opportunities for discussion and feedback on NQPHN’s initiatives. 

This online workshop provides an opportunity for participation and contribution for those who were unable to attend the in-person breakfast workshops held in February and March 2025.
