Managing Wounds in Primary Healthcare - scholarships available

The Managing Wounds in Primary Healthcare workshop enables healthcare professionals to develop foundational knowledge and skills to assess, manage and help prevent further deterioration of wounds in primary healthcare. Learn more.

Funding opportunity

Funding is currently available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Practitioners via the Australian College of Nursing’s Wound Care Short Course Scholarship. The scholarship is valued at $1,500 and will cover course fees and travel and accommodation (if required to relocate to attend the course).

Scholarship application instructions:

  1. Enrol via the link above, and pay the registration fee in full.

  2. Once you have completed your enrolment, apply for the scholarship at www.acn.edu.au/scholarships/wound-care-scholarships

  3. Submit your receipt as part of the application and, if successful, you will be provided $750 once your application has been reviewed, and a further $750 on completion of the workshop.
