NQPHN GP Focus Group

North Queensland general practitioners (GPs) are invited to participate in Northern Queensland Primary Health Network’s (NQPHN’s) first GP Focus Groups for 2023. These GP Focus Groups provide a safe and interactive environment for GPs to share feedback and ideas with NQPHN. 

NQPHN will provide:

• NQPHN news with CEO Robin Whyte and Board Chair Terry Mehan
• focus group actions from 2022
• changes to how we work
• important reform information.

Discussion topics

• NQPHN Mental Health Stepped Care Review.
• Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Workforce Planning and Prioritisation (WPP).

Each of the GP Focus Groups can be attended online via Teams or in person in Townsville, Cairns, and Mackay. A light supper will be provided at venues.
