Posted Wednesday 03 July 2024 | Crohn's & Colitis Australia

Crohn’s & Colitis Australia (CCA) is partnering with the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA), and Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) to support GPs and Physicians to more effectively participate in IBD management.

In this online workshop you will further enhance your knowledge and understanding through a specialised series of activities and scenarios relating to:

  • the importance of early detection of IBD features and symptoms
  • the different clinical presentations of Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC)
  • the difference between irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and IBD investigations that GPs can conduct to assist diagnosis.
