Deep Dive into Dyspareunia: a multidisciplinary workshop on sexual health

After several years of running very successful short courses, including the two day course called “Let’s talk about sex: Sexuality and Sexual difficulties”, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Monash University have developed a new 1 day live, online course on managing sexual pain.

In this course you have the opportunity to dive deeper into the breadth and complexities of helping people who are experiencing painful sex.

Format

The morning will include 30 minute presentations from our multidisciplinary faculty of speakers (GP, Gynaecologist, Vulval Dermatologist, Sexual Medicine Specialist and Sexual & Relationship Therapist, Physiotherapist, Pain Specialist, and Psychologist) with Q&A.

The afternoon will be interactive case discussions including cases across the lifespan, inclusive of diversity of gender, sexual orientation, relationship status and structure, culture, and clinical features.
