Showcase 2022 – Solving the puzzle: meeting the needs of our diverse communities

Once again, the Showcase promises to be the must-attend event for Queensland health professionals wanting to transform the way care is delivered across the state.

Now in its sixth year, the event brings together like-minded individuals to share their success and connect with others to affect change; all with the shared goal, to improve outcomes for their local community.

The theme for Showcase 2022 is Solving the puzzle: meeting the needs of our diverse communities. Over two jam-packed days, we will shine a spotlight on the ways our clinicians are partnering with and listening to their communities to make sure they are receiving the right services. Featured projects will be able to demonstrate clear improvements and benefits for Queenslanders living in rural and remote regions or First Nations communities.

All the things you love about Showcase will be making a return, but as always, the stars of the show are our frontline healthcare workers, researchers and administrators who will present on the following topics:

• Care by mob, for mob
• Lifestyle: working together to create healthier communities
• Partnerships: working with our partners to improve the patient experience of care
• Workforce: creating and sustaining a passionate and skilled rural and remote workforce.
