Paediatric Sepsis Series – Sepsis Care: The Patient and Family's Perspective

Posted Thursday 04 July 2024 | Children's Health Queensland

Join the Paediatric Sepsis Series – Sepsis Care: The Patient and Family’s Perspective, part of a monthly series of online education sessions brought to you by the Queensland Paediatric Sepsis Program (QPSP).

This insightful session will highlight considerations of sepsis care from the patient and family’s perspective. QPSP Advanced Social Worker Alana English will co-present alongside QPSP consumer Jo. The session will explore Jo and her son’s experience of sepsis and highlight key resources and supports available for families.

Understanding the impacts of sepsis from the viewpoint of those directly impacted is invaluable in guiding patient and family centred care.

Register now to attend this Microsoft Teams event.

We appreciate that the scheduled time will not suit everyone, however, we invite you to register and pre submit any questions you would like answered during the recorded session. You will then receive notification once the recording is available and you can watch ‘on demand’.
