COTA Queensland is establishing an Aged Care Navigator Service in Cairns and the Hinterland and is currently recruiting an Aged Care Navigator. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about the aged care sector, has experience in providing support to individuals especially those who are more vulnerable or isolated, and has knowledge of aged, health and community services and supports in Cairns and surrounding areas.
